Keep Yourself Active During Lockdown



1.  Keep yourself engaged in the activities you like for example gardening, reading, cycling, drawing, and cooking, etc.

2.  This is the best time for all of us to learn new skills or improve our skills do not waste this time try to be more productive.

3.  This is also a good time to focus on our health. Do a workout daily at home. Any object in your house can be used as a fitness tool. Or you can do yoga to make yourself calm and active.

4.  Do not watch the news channels for more than an hour in a day. Because now a days news channels are making people more anxious and depressed instead of worrying invest your time in praying. Connect yourself with God.

5.  Try to eat green vegetables like spinach and green beans. These vegetables provides the nutrients that your body need to fight against infection.

6.  Drink plenty of water.



7. Try to complete all pending goals that you wanted to complete on routine days. Try using apps to set small goals. 

8.  Hygiene yourself and your household to avoid infections.
